Shakespeare may have been thinking about Prospero's daughter when he wrote about the Divine Miranda but we like to think he could have been polishing off a glass of one of these stickies with an (un)healthy slice of treacle tart. The Raisined Muscat is a late harvest wine with concentrated sweet fruit and plenty of perfume while the Golden Botrytis has all the honeyed, marmaladey richness the name suggests. Delicious.
