Tasting Notes for Cotes du Roussillon Blanc Centenaire Domaine Lafage 2007 75cl:

The wine sees just a touch of oak, but you barely notice it on the palate. Intense, fresh and minerally with gorgeous peach and citrus fruit, with just a hint of spice.

Producer Information:

Jean-Marc Lafage is one of the most dynamic winemakers working in France (and abroad) today. He consults at a number of wineries in the Rhone, Languedoc and Spain but it is is the Roussillon he calls home. The combination of windswept old vines, rocky terroir and the Mediterranean climate - allied to Jean-Marc's outstanding skills in the cellar - produce a fantastic range of wines that have been widely praised by critics on both sides of the Atlantic. He is also the man behind our new, exciting Els Pyreneus range.
