Tasting Notes for Lonsdale Ridge Cabernet Merlot 2006 75cl:
Dark berry fruits on the nose with blackcurrant, blueberry, and creamy-vanilla oak up-front. Medium-full bodied on the palate with a lovely, juicy, concentration of berry fruit. Soft, smooth and very easy to drink.

Vinification Details
The Merlot and Cabernet components were fermented as separate varieties in numerous batches then blended to highlight the fullness and generosity of Shiraz and the structure and length of Cabernet. A Victorian Alps Shiraz parcel and a Coonawarra Cabernet parcel were included for extra complexity.
