What do you drink when the mercury rises above 12 degrees in the UK? Especially if you are of a red wine persuasion. Once the warm weather kicks in, the big Cabernets and Syrahs which have comforted you through the chilly season suddenly lose their lustre.
Now is the time to think Pinot. And Laroche in Chile have produced the perfect example for a bit of quality early Summer sipping. You could even chill it!
