On Trade Sales Support
Bibendum is on the lookout for a computer literate, organised, super numerate and clear thinking person to help look after a team of On Trade sales people and their customers.
This is an all round role, working in a large sales support team, where much of the day is spent either on the telephone helping the customer and the sales team or fulfilling administrative and back office functions to support sales. Acting as the primary contact at Bibendum the role requires a good telephone manner, a tidy and professional approach to work, an ability to prioritise workloads and to multitask along with a willingness to muck in and help out.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is happy working in a largely administrative and desk based role in an office environment and who is confident, outgoing, capable and a level headed team player with excellent administrative, communication, customer service and IT skills.
This is a very varied and challenging role and the successful candidate will need to be able to proactively solve problems, deliver on tough deadlines and to think clearly under pressure.
Good MS office skills (Word and Excel) and demonstrable relevant experience are key requirements for the right candidate, as is evidence of attention to detail and wine knowledge at WSET advanced level or above.
