Can you combine great communication skills with a friendly, professional and clear telephone manner, fluent English and an awareness of what it takes to offer and deliver excellent customer services?
If you can, and if your CV demonstrates experience of working in an office environment together with a stable work background (or combination of structured education and part time employment) then read on as you may well be the person we are looking for as we recruit to add to our On Trade Customer Services team.
The team operates within a very busy and lively environment on an inbound call desk, talking to customers on the telephone, inputting orders from email, fax and phone, dealing with queries, resolving delivery issues and ensuring that Bibendum lives up to its service promise of "the right wine, in the right place, at the right time and at the right price".
If you are keen to become part of a great team and to contribute to the continued success of Bibendum and if you can combine a real enthusiasm for the role along with good IT skills, a zealous eye for detail, great organizational skills, bags of common sense, the ability to work under pressure and a logical approach to problem solving then we would like to hear from you.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working on an FMCG order processing desk and/or a healthy interest in the business of wine.
