What is our returns policy?

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been delivered, however if you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase then please give us a call on 0207 449 4120 to let us know. On the other hand if a wine is corked or out-of-condition then we will credit you the full amount and collection is not necessary.
