Delivering the right bottle, at the right price, to the right place

We know that nothing is more important than customer service and getting the basics right. We’ve invested a lot of time and energy recently improving our processes to ensure we provide the best service in the business.

When we’re open

We are open for business from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Customer Service Team

The team is divided into two sections:

Sales Support
Every customer has a dedicated Sales Support person who is their first point of contact for queries on delivery issues, invoicing and other general problems. The role of the Sales Support person is to be on hand to help resolve these issues quickly and efficiently, allowing you to get on with the job of running your business.

Your Sales Support representative is also the person to go to if you want to check prices or stock availability, or find out about new products.

They can provide you with tasting and training notes to help you sell the wines on your list and create personalised order forms to make ordering as easy as possible.

Customer Services
The Customer Service team’s main job is to process your orders. Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email.

We also have an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) service available which allows you to order when it suits you, even after our offices are closed. Email tradesales@bibendum-wine.co.uk for more details about EDI.

For speed and accuracy it would help if you could include the following information with all orders:

  • Your account number – quoted on all Bibendum delivery notes, invoices and statements
  • The product code of each item you require – found in the price list, on your delivery notes, invoices and on this website
  • Product description of each item required, including name of the wine, bottle size and vintage
  • The total number of cases of each wine you require. Please note the minimum order quantity is three 9-litre cases or equivalent, or goods to the value of £250 ex VAT
  • The date you require delivery

Delivering Your Wine

Depending on location we offer next day delivery to many of our customers. We currently use London City Bond for our London and eastern Home Counties deliveries, and Tradeteam for the rest of the UK. From February 2012, Tradeteam will service 100% of customers.

Our new partnership with Tradeteam will produce a faster, more consistent service using the latest developments in information management and systems technology.
