We are delighted to announce that Bibendum has recently been recognised as a Best Company in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2012.
The Sunday Times recognise a 'Best Company' as a business which is “excelling in every area throughout the workplace and an organisation's commitment to its most important assets - its workforce.”
The Best Companies accreditation is awarded to organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement, and based on staff feedback, organisations receive a score which determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard. Bibendum received a one-star accreditation in the 2012 awards, denoting a first class organisation.
