Office Hours during Christmas 2016
Opening hours between 27 November and 5 January 2017:
Saturdays 8:30am-4:00pm (including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve)
Bank holiday Tuesday 27 8:30am-5:00pm
We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Regular opening hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm / Sunday 11am - 6pm
Our offices are open on Public Holidays between 8.30am – 5.00pm except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Any changes to these hours will be advertised on our website.

Quick and efficient response to your queries
We have created our new Customer Care Team to ensure our service levels reach and are maintained at the highest possible level.
Customer Care will deal with all service queries. Every customer has a dedicated Customer Care Executive who is their first point of contact for queries on delivery issues, invoicing and other general problems.
The role of the Customer Care Team is to be on hand to help resolve these issues quickly and efficiently, allowing you to get on with the job of running your business.

Each Sales Operations Executive has a direct dial and email.
They can provide you with tasting and training notes to help you sell the wines on your list and create personalised order forms to make ordering as easy as possible.
Your Sales Operations Executive is also the person to go to if you want to check prices or stock availability, or to find out about new products.
