Batch made cocktails stand to be one of the next big things when it comes to how to serve drinks in bars, Ryan Chetiyawardana at White Lyan in Hoxton has pushed this idea to the next level with near microscopic attention to detail and not a single ice cube in sight. Aside from the practical reasons of saving staff time in terms of preparation, pre-made cocktails can add theatre to the serve, in the case of this cocktail the Crystal Head bottle is guaranteed to generate excitement. It looks pretty impressive on a back bar but given the Cosmo treatment, it's the perfect table serve.

185ml
Crystal Head Vodka

80ml
Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

80ml
Lime Juice

105ml
Cranberry Juice

105ml
Blood Orange Juice

65ml
Ice Water (extra dilution)

Stir all ingredients over ice, pour into your crystal head, and park it in an ice bucket filled with ice
Serve in Martini glasses (makes 4 glasses)
Garnish with cape gooseberries
