A warming winter recipe from Gas Street Social

Gas Street social It’s still pretty nippy out there, so we asked Birmingham’s Gas Street Social what they’re serving their customers to keep out the cold.


A favourite on the current winter menu is Roasted Squash Pappardelle with Brown Butter, Spinach and Sage. It’s delicious served with Spee’Wah Chardonnay from Australia’s Murray Darling region. It’s got a lovely punch of citrusy grapefruit alongside touches of spice and a delicate hint of French oak – perfect with this rich and buttery pasta dish.
