A warming winter recipe from Gas Street Social
It’s still pretty nippy out there, so we asked Birmingham’s Gas Street Social what they’re serving their customers to keep out the cold.
A favourite on the current winter menu is Roasted Squash Pappardelle with Brown Butter, Spinach and Sage. It’s delicious served with Spee’Wah Chardonnay from Australia’s Murray Darling region. It’s got a lovely punch of citrusy grapefruit alongside touches of spice and a delicate hint of French oak – perfect with this rich and buttery pasta dish.
