Meet the Vivid Team

If you hear about Vivid it will have come from Ben. He looks after the team’s communications making sure customers, industry and employees alike know what we’re up to. As a Trade Marketer he also uses every opportunity to find out the green issues on our customers’ minds.

Clare works very closely with several of our wine producers as a member of the Supply Team. Clare is able to give us an insight from a producer point of view which ensures we are always looking at every angle on green matters in our industry.

As manager of the Bibendum website Erica ensures that the green activity of Bibendum and its producers is well represented and up-to-date here on the company website.

As a member of the Portfolio Team Jude has loads of access to our producers and our Buying team. Her relationships with our wine producers is crucial. She gathers accurate information about their Vivid practices and notifies us any of updates and changes.

Working for Bibendum since 2003 in both Finance and IT departments, Gemma has been a key member of Vivid since its inception. She has a keen interest in minimising and managing waste and has overseen the recycling project within the Bibendum offices.

Working over in the Finance Department means Steven has the experience and the know-how to help the Vivid team calculate carbon emissions and generally keep us up to date with reports on energy saving initiatives. He is also the driving force behind our mission to reduce paper invoicing.

Sophie ensures that Vivid is well represented at our events and tastings, as well as running exclusive Vivid events. She is also responsible for making sure that Bibendum events are run in the most environmentally friendly way possible with recycling glass and using recycled paper for event material being the main focus.

Dealing with corporate clients Richard understands the needs and demands of large companies that follow strict sourcing policies. This has helped Vivid develop a clear message and ensure our green policies are aligned with our customer needs.

Our resident social media guru, Rob looks after our Bibendum Times blog and our Facebook among many other things. This gives him a platform to write about anything green our customers and producers are up to, making sure there is always an exciting green news story out there.

Emily started work for Bibendum in 2010 and was quickly drafted into the Vivid team. Her role as Office Manager means she is never far away from any part of the business and knows the fastest way to get things done. When she’s not busy keeping everyone in line with her Health & Safety expertise, Emily can be found grooming the office cat.
